What You Receive With Our Mortgage Broking Service:

1. Excellent service, from home loan & business finance specialists, but with a full complement of other finance products and affiliated services - a "one stop finance operation".
2. We act on your behalf and endeavour to provide you with the most suitable finance for your requirements, from our panel of over 30 Banks and Lenders.
3. We will meet with you at your home or workplace, or our office, as preferred by you.
4. A thorough, professional and honest analysis of your finance requirements.
5. Reasons as to why we have recommended a particular loan, together with loan/product information.
6. We will arrange the loan application and advise you when it has been approved, arrange the refinance (where applicable), as well as keeping you informed throughout the loan process.
7. We will provide your solicitor with copies of the Bank’s approval advice (where appropriate).
8. We can arrange a Deposit Bond plus Life and Home Insurance policies.
9. We will arrange the first homeowner’s grant documentation.
10. We will check the Bank’s loan and mortgage documentation, and arrange for this to be signed by you.
11. We will liaise with the various parties involved in the loan, managing it through to settlement.
12. We will advise you when the loan has been drawn down, and then provide you with various contact details for your bank and ourselves.
13. Should you wish to increase or vary your loan, obtain additional finance, or sell your property, at a later stage, we would be more than happy to assist with these as well.
14. We work normal business hours, Monday to Friday, but generally are available on the mobiles 24/7.

Our services are generally free of charge, as we get paid a flat fee/commission by the bank for attending to the loan process. This commission is clearly disclosed in writing at the outset in our Finance Broking Agreement.

Our Lending Managers provide honest and unbiased advice with excellent service, in that we get paid exactly the same commission regardless of the bank or loan recommended from an extensive list of over 30 lenders.
